  Hi, yes I do work with cancer at the moment. I think there are lots of small breakthroughs that have helped patients with cancer. There are lots of different types of cancer and they will need lots of different medicines to treat them.
  
  I think one of the biggest breakthroughs recently is the cervical cancer vaccine – maybe people at your school have had it? This is really very clever as it helps people not get cancer, rather than treating them afterwards.
